A shooting at a Citibank campus in Tampa, Florida, on Wednesday afternoon left one person dead and the suspected shooter deceased, according to law enforcement.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister described the attack as a ‘targeted incident,’ WFLA reported. The victim was initially found wounded and bleeding in the cafeteria before being pronounced dead, the New York Post noted.
Authorities have not yet released details about the shooter’s identity or motive. Citibank employees were directed to gather at a triage area in the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel parking lot, while families were asked to reunite at Staybridge Suites Tampa East.
