California Special Ed Teacher Sparks Probe After Video Urges ‘Black Militia’ to ‘Rob Some White People’

A special education teacher in California’s Central Valley is at the center of a police investigation after disturbing Instagram videos surfaced in which she appears to hold firearms and calls for the creation of a “Black militia” that would “shoot some guns” and “rob some white people.”

Kenisha Daily, a special education teacher at Lincoln Elementary School in the Madera Unified School District, was placed on leave and is now subject to a temporary restraining order, according to local reports. The videos, which were circulated widely on social media, prompted swift backlash and a multi-agency response from law enforcement and school officials.

Videos Prompt Immediate Concern

In the clips, Daily says she is “starting a black militia” and that it’s time to “rob some white people.” Other videos captured by concerned citizens show her holding what appears to be a handgun and then a long gun.

Concerned followers reported the videos to Madera Unified on Saturday night, according to KMPH. The outlet reported that authorities conducted a home visit, resulting in a temporary restraining order and an ongoing investigation.

The Madera Unified School District and the Madera Police Department said they completed a safety review “to enhance security at Lincoln Elementary,” according to a statement cited in the report.

Multi-Agency Investigation Underway

Both the Fresno and Madera police departments, along with the Madera Unified School District, confirmed to Action News that they are aware of the videos and are looking into the matter. The incident has drawn concern from parents and community members, given the teacher’s role in an elementary school setting.

As of now, Daily has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. The temporary restraining order adds another layer of restriction while authorities continue their work.

The investigation remains active, and no further details about potential charges have been released. The Gateway Pundit reported on the videos, which were first flagged by concerned citizens on social media.

This story is developing, and additional information may emerge as the investigation progresses.
