But that consolation didn’t land. “But I’m like, ‘Nobody else ended up bleeding from it,’” Nacua said with a laugh. “So, I’m like, I don’t know if that made me feel much better or worse.”

The two then shared a lighthearted bit about seeking legal recourse. “I bet there’s an 80 percent chance Rubin removes it for next year,” Paul joked. “Because people were running into it. Liability.”

Despite the embarrassing and clearly painful encounter, the incident appears to have left no lasting marks. The collision occurred on July 3, and Nacua has been photographed multiple times since then without any evident scarring.
